Stopping staff turnover in
client-first industries
About this event
Employees in client-service industries often say they have two bosses: their actual bosses, and their clients.
Working evenings, taking calls on weekends, responding to big last-minute changes—when a client wants something, it can be tough to say ‘no’. For many, this simply isn’t sustainable.
This creates a problem for HR & leadership: how do you create a working culture that prioritises work-life balance when client demands end up trumping wellbeing initiatives?

What you'll learn
This conversation between two top industry experts will cover:
- Concrete ways to create a more balanced culture that employees want to stick with
- How to keep wellbeing policies going in the face of challenging demands from clients
- How to get both employees & clients to buy into a more sustainable working culture
It’s a difficult task, but the benefits couldn’t be clearer: 88% of professionals now think an employer’s mental health policies are important when looking for a new role.
