Elena Edwards

20 years experience

Throughout my extensive career in psychotherapy, I have always been fascinated with certain aspects of the 'human condition': How do we relate? Why do we struggle with communication, anxiety and depression
in our post-industrial society? Why do we feel more stressed and lonelier than ever? I believe we can achieve happiness and healing by exploring these issues, amongst many others, in the safety of a therapy setting by looking at coping strategies , acceptance and the ways to achieve our better selves.

I have been trained to work in an integrative way, which means I am skilled to combine the best practices —psychoanalytic, person-centred, CBT — to tailor your therapy and find a solution-based approach that
suits you most.

Confidentiality, compassion and trust is the key to any therapeutic relationship with my clients . I am non-judgemental, multi-cultural and fully dedicated to facilitate your therapy and achieve your goals.
