My psychology career started 15 years ago helping young people deal with substance issues. I quickly discovered a passion for helping people understand and accept themselves, then build resilience and achieve lasting change. I believe psychology is key to helping all of us evolve with life’s constant changes.
First, I help people get deeper insights into their strengths, needs, and difficulties. Then I help people visualise a new way of being, so they can empower themselves to achieve their goals.
My therapeutic relationships are based on a holistic understanding of where someone is at, clear objectives, and an honest, strong commitment to working towards change.
