Maria Xenaki

15 years experience

I've been working in the field of psychological therapy for over 15 years now, and I continue to thoroughly enjoy learning about behaviours, how the brain functions, and relationship complexities that we all share.

I help people understand and overcome a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, so they can achieve their potential in life. Peoples' needs are very specific—they can't always be met by a single therapeutic model. My integrative training and experience allows me to draw on different approaches and help people in a wide variety of ways.

I always approach my work with respect and genuine curiosity. I may have the theoretical knowledge to help people better understand what's going on, but they're always the experts of their "lived experience".
