Silvia Miranda

20 years experience

My fascination with what makes people tick has led me to practice psychology for over 20 years. Helping a person change so they can lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life is immensely rewarding.

For me, understanding where someone’s coming from and how they express challenges they’re facing is the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship. I combine a variety of approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I value compassion, kindness and empathy in my therapy to create an environment of transparency, trust and safety.
